Following its notable success in Stockholm, the renowned restaurant Florentine, part of the Urban Italian Group, announces its expansion to Solkusten in Marbella, Spain. Situated prominently along the prestigious Golden Mile, Florentine joins the ranks of esteemed culinary establishments such as Nobu and Cipriani. With an impressive 800 square meters spanning two floors, including a rooftop terrace boasting panoramic views and accommodating 400 seats, this marks the debut of Marbella’s largest restaurant under the group’s banner.

“The exceptional positioning between Marbella Club Hotel and Puente Romano Beach Resort along the Golden Mile ranks among Europe’s most coveted destinations. Securing this spot amidst competition from major restaurant groups marks a significant achievement,” remarks Brazer Bozlak, CEO of Urban Italian Group. “With this milestone, our tenth venture, we aim to firmly establish Florentine on the global culinary map and pave the way for further successful expansions,” Bozlak adds.

Scheduled to open in June, the trattoria promises to transport guests to a bygone era of 1970s glamour in Italy, with a focus on authentic flavors and expertly crafted cocktails. A theatrical bar, open kitchen, and intricately designed Murano lamps guide diners up a mirrored staircase to the stunning rooftop terrace, complete with a 360-degree cocktail bar offering breathtaking views of the iconic La Concha mountain.
