Wishing Upon Tokyo Sky: Celebrating Disney100 at Tokyo Solamachi and Tobu Railway

Various events will be held at Tokyo SKYTREE TOWN by Tobu Tower SKYTREE and Tobu Town Solamachi to commemorate Disney’s 100th anniversary (Disney100), called “Wishing upon TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN: Wishing Upon the SKY with 100 Years of Stories” from April 20, 2023 (Thursday) to July 19, 2023 (Wednesday).

Beloved Disney and Pixar characters will adorn TEMBO KAIRO, which is 450 meters above ground level at TOKYO SKYTREE. Visitors can take photos with Disney and Pixar characters at designated photo spots. “THE SKYTREE SHOP” located on the TEMBO DECK 345 will sell limited original goods.

At Tokyo Solamachi, a commercial facility located at the base of TOKYO SKYTREE, visitors can purchase unique and originally produced Disney100-themed merchandise at selected stores.

Tobu Railway will provide visitors with a stamp rally and commemorative train tickets, as well as a photo spot at TOKYO SKYTREE station to promote and celebrate Disney100 at TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN.

During the “Wishing-Upon” celebration, TOKYO SKYTREE will showcase seven different nighttime light-ups inspired by Disney and Pixar characters from 7:15 pm to midnight. These characters will include Mickey Mouse, Snow White, Winnie the Pooh, and others.
