Starting now, there will be new weekend dessert buffet at The Market Kitchen Restaurant in S. Korea.  The dessert buffet will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 to 5:30 pm. 

The Hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef since 2018, Chersouly oversees the pastry and baking operations across all seven of the Hotel’s food and beverage outlets, and has helped cement the city-wide reputation of Confections, the Hotel’s stylish dessert café renowned for its cakes and pastries. 

Showcasing more than 10 divine desserts – including Chersouly’s signature Basque cheese cake – the dessert buffet invites guests to load up on loveliness from the flakiest mille-feuille to the lightest bread pudding, not forgetting the dippable decadence of The Market Kitchen’s 24K gold chocolate fountain. For KRW 48,000 per adult and KRW 24,000 per child under 13, guests can enjoy includes unlimited visits to the dessert buffet plus free-flowing coffee or tea, while an additional KRW 60,000 upgrades to free-flowing sparkling wine.

Each divine dessert can also be ordered as a stand-alone dish from the set dessert menu – ideal for anyone with less time or a smaller appetite – priced at KRW 26,000 for one dessert, or up to three desserts and two drinks for KRW 54,000.
