The Apricot Hazelnut Crème ($9) combines moist apricot sponge infused with hazelnut, layered over apricot confit and hazelnut royaltine. It’s a harmonious blend of flavors sure to please any palate.
Another newcomer, the Apple Sea Salt Caramel Crème ($9), offers a delightful fusion of sweet apple dill compote, pineapple financier, caramel mousse, maple cream, and a hint of sea salt for balance.
