The Disneyland Hotel officially reopens on Thursday, January 25, 2024, after a two-year makeover, signifying a significant change in Disneyland Paris hotels and the destination itself. Following the successful launch of Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel in 2021, the reopening of Disneyland Hotel is a vital part of the resort’s strategy to enhance guest experiences with Disney storytelling and outstanding service from Cast Members who bring the magic to life.

With 5,700 rooms and suites, Disneyland Paris is the leading hotel chain in France for families. The reopening of Disneyland Hotel is a major step in the ongoing investment in the entire resort, including a hotel transformation plan initiated in 2012 and accelerated in 2017 to refresh existing properties with beloved Disney stories, benefiting guests, Cast Members, and the French and European economies.

Built for the grand opening in 1992, Disneyland Hotel has been an iconic spot in the resort. Today, it continues that legacy as the first Disney hotel to offer a five-star experience celebrating royal Disney stories, allowing guests to immerse themselves in their chosen royal story and create their own.

Located at the heart of Europe’s top tourist destination, Disneyland Hotel stands out among theme park hotels with vibrant storytelling, unique entertainment, creative dining, and all the expected amenities of an international five-star hotel, even for the youngest guests.

The immersive experience at Disneyland Hotel is thanks to the hard work of Disneyland Paris teams, including Walt Disney Imagineering and their collaboration with Walt Disney Animation Studios. Over 200 French and European companies, such as Tissage des Flandres, Atelier Bournillat, and Maison Pierre Mignon, have contributed, integrating rich cultural elements into this unique hotel experience.

Combining creativity with the expertise of European suppliers and craftspeople, the Walt Disney Imagineering Paris team has developed a singular, immersive experience that pays vibrant homage to both Disney royal stories and celebrated European landmarks such as Le Château de Versailles or Neuschwanstein Castle.

The hotel’s new refined design includes regal-themed lobby, restaurants, bar and lounges, offering guests a unique entertainment program with beloved royal Disney Characters, including Mickey, Minnie, and friends in new exclusive regal attire.

All 487 rooms and suites are entirely redesigned with an elegant atmosphere and modern comfort. Disney storytelling can be found in every room and suite, from artwork to subtle touches celebrating iconic elements of Walt Disney Animation Studios royal stories.

The redesigned Disneyland Hotel promises a captivating stay celebrating royal and iconic Disney stories and Characters, such as Sleeping Beauty, Sword in the Stone, Moana, Frozen, and Raya and the Last Dragon. The immersive royal experience begins in the grand lobby, an architectural masterpiece inspired by the libraries of world-famous French castles, with a monumental chandelier representing Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Guests receive a fairytale welcome from a Royal Greeter upon entering the lobby, while La Troupe Royale Disney, a joyful duo of comedians, perform surprise sing-alongs or interactive royal tales – a unique immersive experience available in no other Disney Hotel, sometimes accompanied by a Disney Character like Cinderella or Rapunzel.

The Castle Club, an exclusive hotel within the Disneyland Hotel, provides the ultimate guest experience, turning a memorable stay into an unforgettable one with special benefits and added magic. Balancing privacy and personalization, this hotel-within-a-hotel creates a refined, distinctly Disney atmosphere, offering pampering akin to a Disney five-star hotel. Situated on the top two floors, it includes a private elevator, a dedicated check-in area, and all-new luxury amenities.
