The 2024 NBA Summer League began with a spectacular event that brought together some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment to celebrate the NBA’s rising stars. DraftKings and The h.wood Group’s Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas hosted an exclusive gathering on Saturday, July 13, on the venue’s patio.
The evening featured a live set by DJ Tay James, and guests enjoyed surprise performances from Akon, Ja Rule, Fat Joe, and DJ Cassidy, who took the stage in the Delilah Las Vegas main room as the party unfolded.
Notable VIPs in attendance included Matt Kalish, DraftKings President, North America; Set Free Richardson, Hoops culture crafter and DraftKings Creative Director of NBA Culture; Tony LaPenna, The h.wood Group Partner and VP of Corporate Partnerships; Milo Frank, The h.wood Group Marketing Director; and DeAndre Jordan (Denver Nuggets).
