See’s Candies and McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams have unveiled a delightful limited-time collection, perfect for summer. The two heritage California-based brands have collaborated to create four unique McConnell’s x See’s ice cream flavors. These exclusive treats will be available starting Friday, June 28, in limited quantities at all McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams Scoop Shops and online at mcconnells.com for nationwide shipping.

As McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams celebrates its 75th anniversary this year, the company continues to uphold its commitment to taste and quality, similar to See’s Candies. McConnell’s owns and operates all production at their McConnell’s Family Dairy, crafting ice cream from scratch using locally-sourced ingredients. To create these special flavors, the McConnell’s and See’s teams combined top See’s Candies pieces with McConnell’s house-made ice cream bases, resulting in four custom flavors. Priced at $12 per pint online, the flavors include:

Vanilla with California Brittle™: Combining See’s buttery almond brittle covered in rich dark chocolate with McConnell’s classic full-flavored (R.R. Lochhead) vanilla ice cream, this flavor is finished with crunchy, salt-roasted almonds and chocolate ganache ribbons.

Coffee with Molasses Chips™: This blend features See’s dark and milk chocolate-coated crispy molasses honeycomb wafers in a medium-roast coffee-infused ice cream made from Central Coast grass-fed milk and cream, swirled with decadent chocolate sauce.

Chocolate with Polar Bear Paws™: Showcasing See’s Polar Bear Paw™ – buttery caramel with salt-roasted peanuts enrobed in white chocolate – this flavor includes a peanut butter swirl alongside McConnell’s Dutchman’s Chocolate.
