The Balla Italian Soul restaurant located inside SAHARA Las Vegas has recently announced a variety of new seasonal dishes and cocktails.
Guests can now enjoy a range of tempting new antipasti options, along with a savory new signature pasta. These fresh and vibrant dishes, inspired by Italy’s diverse culinary traditions, have been added to the restaurant’s notable menu created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain.
The new menu additions include Spring Misto, Grilled Lamb Sausage, Baby Artichokes, Steamed Mussels, and Rotolo – a house-made pasta dish featuring rabe, green garlic, pecorino, and morels. In addition, the restaurant has also introduced several new cocktails such as The Show Girl, Paloma Bianco, Regalita, and Italian Summer.
Balla Italian Soul is open for dinner service from 5 to 10 p.m. every night.
