A Sunday-only ramen shop will open on December 11 in Sakaemachi, Odawara, specializing in sea bream salt ramen and sea bream rice.

Menya Unimaru will open only once a week. The Salt sauce which took a year to develop is a secret sauce that has been perfected through trial and error over and over again. The firm, straight, thin noodles have a rich flavor of wheat that goes perfectly with the soup.

While the shop is only open once a week, the owner of Unimaru, Mr. Sakai is striving towards his dream of opening his own restaurant while gradually increasing the menu.
