Four Seasons Hotel Macao and Qeelin fine jewelry are partnering up to create an afternoon tea collaboration at Xiao Ting. This creative tea set features artful western savories and sweets that are inspired by selected jewelry designs by Qeelin.
One of Qeelin’s iconic collections, Bo Bo, features the adorable panda as its muse, takes center stage in this afternoon tea as an iconic tea stand, where Bobo is also carefully incorporated into the pastry designs on display.
Jointly crafted by Executive Chef Benjamin Lim and Executive Pastry Chef Raymond Fung, exquisite bites include salmon roe and heirloom carrot tartlet, citrus smoked scallops with corn, and a crispy wagyu and pumpkin custard with gold leaves.
A symphony of auspicious colors of red agate, jade and gold, signature of Qeelin jewelry brings the afternoon tea to a delightful finale with desserts such as granny smith apple mousse, strawberry vanilla crémeux, mango and passionfruit meringue and hibiscus mandarin pudding, inspired by the iconic Wulu, a symbol of good fortune that traces the outline of the auspicious number 8.
The Bo Bo collection celebrates the collaboration with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) with the adorable panda, the embodiment of friendliness and a symbol of innocence and peace, as its muse.
The Qeelin afternoon tea will be available at MOP 588 for two persons from September 23 to November 30, 2021, from 2:30 to 5:30 pm. Upon every purchase, customers will receive a Wulu souvenir coupon for redemption at the Qeelin boutique.
