Under the guidance of Chef Jesus Medina, Onyx brings together the finest ingredients to create a symphony of flavors. The menu showcases an innovative range of nigiri sushi and made-to-order sashimi, along with a selection of traditional hot dishes, distinctive cocktails, and an extensive sake collection.
Onyx extends a warm welcome to both hotel guests and local residents, providing a casual yet sophisticated ambiance. The restaurant offers various seating options, including cozy booths adorned with wooden accents, a communal table for lively conversations, and a vibrant sushi bar that overlooks a captivating 2,000-gallon (9,000 liter) saltwater fish tank, ensuring guests are immersed in the dining experience.
Onyx operates on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5:00 to 10:00 pm, allowing patrons to indulge in its culinary delights during those hours.
