At Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, ONE Steakhouse, owned by brothers Michael Morton and David Morton, introduces a new weekly live music series, a complimentary handcrafted cocktail, and enticing menu specials.

Diners at ONE Steakhouse can now enjoy a complimentary handcrafted cocktail served from a custom-made beverage cart. Some featured cocktails include the “ONE and Buzzed,” made with D’usse VSOP Cognac, Luxardo Maraschino cherry liqueur, fresh cactus pear, and pomegranate juice, garnished with ElectricdustTM for enhanced flavors.

The lounge experience is elevated with the introduction of a new live music series, “Thursdays Live,” taking place every Thursday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. starting on Thursday, Jan. 25. The lineup includes contemporary artists like Sara Loera, who will perform weekly until Thursday, Feb. 15.

Executive Chef William DeMarco presents new menu specials each week, available until Sunday, Feb. 11. Offerings include stone crab claws, shaved brussels sprouts salad, Pacifico striped bass, grilled jumbo shrimp appetizer, and Dover sole.

ONE Steakhouse boasts an impressive selection of steaks, including Japanese Satsuma wagyu, and unique surf and turf options. Signature delights such as crispy tiger shrimp, baked short rib rigatoni, roasted lamb chops, and fennel-crusted salmon are also on the menu.

Conveniently located off the casino floor, ONE Steakhouse welcomes guests with a stylish lounge adorned with a beautiful 3,000-light LED chandelier. Upstairs, a striking atrium lounge with expansive windows provides a delightful atmosphere. The restaurant opens daily at 5 p.m. and is just steps away from the hotel’s valet on Harmon Avenue.
