On February 18, 2024, the Museo Enzo Ferrari in Modena officially opened the new exhibition called “Ferrari One of a Kind.” This exhibition highlights the special craftsmanship behind each unique Ferrari car produced through the company’s exclusive personalization program offered at its Tailor Made centers in Maranello, New York, and Shanghai. Now open to everyone, the exhibition reveals the exclusivity of these unique cars, each reflecting the personality, taste, and desires of its owner.
This uniqueness has been fundamental to Ferrari’s production since the beginning. The earliest GT racing cars were custom-made, with owners choosing their preferred coachbuilders to shape the car bodies. With the first production road cars, Ferrari allowed clients to specify colors, materials, fit, and finish, creating cars tailored to their preferences. This tradition continues today, with a variety of personalization programs available. Starting with the Atelier service offering various options, the Tailor Made program provides even more choices, including innovative materials and highly individual solutions. Finally, bespoke special builds take personalization to new heights, crafting truly unique cars in every detail.
“Ferrari One Of a Kind” offers visitors a unique experience, showcasing extraordinary cars, many never seen before by the public, and introducing them to Ferrari’s exclusive personalization programs. At the heart of the exhibition is an interactive wall allowing visitors to interact with materials, fabrics, colors, and options provided by the Ferrari Styling Centre, helping them create their dream car effortlessly.
Several private one-off cars are on display, including:
Ferrari 812 Competizione Tailor Made: A unique vehicle embodying Ferrari’s Chief Design Officer Flavio Manzoni’s clean-slate approach.
Ferrari 166 MM: An elegant car from 1948, reflecting the taste of its owner, Gianni Agnelli, with its dual-tone blue and green paintwork.
Ferrari Monza SP1: The first example of the Icona limited-edition special series, blending timeless style with modern performance, shown in an original gold livery.
Ferrari Daytona SP3 Carbon Look: A tribute to historic sports prototypes, featuring an extraordinary ruby red transitional carbon-fiber finish.
Visitors can also enjoy an interactive area with a car configurator to design their dream Ferrari. The exhibits will be updated regularly throughout 2024 to showcase more unique cars.
The popularity of the Ferrari Museums continues to grow, with over 740,000 visitors in 2023, setting a record for the Modena and Maranello Museums. Following tradition, the “One of a Kind” exhibition at the Museo Enzo Ferrari in Modena opened on February 18 to celebrate Enzo Ferrari’s birthday and will run until February 17, 2025.
