GEICO Skytypers Air Show Team will perform at 2021 OC Air Show on June 19-20 along the shores of Ocean City, MD. The squadron of six World War II-era aircraft will perform their flying demonstration twice during the weekend. In addition, there will be a special tributes honoring dads prior to their performances on Saturday and Sunday for Father’s Day.
A catered lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with tents and tables. Children sitting in parents lap are free (ages 2 & under). While some umbrellas will be provided in the Flight Line Club area, they are on a first-come-first served basis and are not included with the purchase of a ticket. All orders include a parking pass with complimentary transport via the Ocean City bus system from the parking lot to 17th street.
At the show you will see the GEICO Skytypers fly six SNJs powered by 600-horsepower Pratt and Whitney engines. Their team will also creates giant skytyped messages that can be seen from 15 miles away in any direction with 20-25 characters generated in less than two minutes for the show.
