The daily flight from New York JFK departs at 12:30 a.m. EDT and arrives at Rome Fiumicino Airport at 3:15 p.m. local time on the same day. Departing flights from Rome take place at 6:55 p.m. local time and land in New York at 10:30 p.m. EDT.
