This unique reception-style affair, slated for a solitary evening, will spotlight culinary creations influenced by the ten distinctive North American Nobu Hotel destinations. The event will feature tray-passed appetizers, live-action culinary stations, and tantalizing food presentations. Attendees can look forward to savoring a curated selection of delectable menu items, meticulously crafted exclusively for this momentous occasion, intended to underscore the enduring legacy of the Nobu Hospitality brand.

The diverse menu boasts a range of culinary delights, including:

– Artful Ice Sculpture Displays

– Nobu Hotel Miami Beach: Tako “Tacu-tacu” tacos, featuring octopus anticucho, crispy rice, bean cake, red onion, cilantro, and aji limo.

– Nobu Hotel Caesars Atlantic City: King crab served with yuzu kosho, tomato, avocado, and nori cracker.
