Following the successful launch of Café Dior by Sophie Pic at Kansai International Airport, Dior has disclosed plans for the inauguration of its inaugural Monsieur Dior restaurant in Japan in 2025, led by the world’s most Michelin-starred female chef.
Within Café Dior, the renowned chef has curated a selection of pastries and cakes inspired by Christian Dior’s archives, adorned with the House’s distinctive codes, including the iconic cannage and Toile de Jouy, alongside motifs such as houndstooth, leopard, or compass rose. The menu also features travel cakes and chocolate bars embellished with sketches of haute couture silhouettes.
Set to be unveiled in 2025, the upcoming restaurant pledges an extraordinary dining experience, blending Anne-Sophie Pic’s exceptional culinary expertise with the timeless sophistication of the iconic French house.
This recent restaurant venture signifies another stride in Dior’s strategic expansion into various realms of French art de vivre and excellence. The new restaurant will join the existing Monsieur Dior restaurant, helmed by French chef Jean Imbert at the Maison’s Paris flagship store, along with other Café Dior establishments in the United States and Asia.
