A touch of class, a dash of luxury and a sprinkle of flair, a new dining experience called Exquisite. Exquisite is more than just a Friday lunch, the set menu is a celebration of premiere dining paired with a hand-picked beverage selection.
It’s a new Friday dining experience at Mina Brasserie located inside Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre.
Exquisite will be offered every Friday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm beginning May 21, 2021 and available to book starting today.
Guests can indulge on a variety of appetizers and mains, including the delicious seared foie gras starter and Chef Michael Mina’s signature lobster pot pie with lobster bisque cream, oyster mushroom, baby root vegetables, and fresh truffle.
Mixology lovers will enjoy every sip with cocktails such as Starry Night and Banksy’s Dream inspired by history’s art masterpieces.
Every dish on the menu is designed with sophistication and an artistic take on presentation. A gleaming bed of caviar is elegantly perched atop the succulent steak tartare and eye-grabbing bursts of yellow greet the eye from the atypical mango dessert.
Guests can watch as a beverage version of Banksy’s Girl with Balloon is engulfed by a ball of aromatic smoke. Once it clears, a mixology masterpiece is revealed and ready to be sipped.
