The new seasonal dim sum menu at Yu Ting Yuan, a one Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant in Thailand, is an opportunity for diners to indulge in intricate handicrafts. Dim Sum Chef Justin Po is the mastermind behind the mouth-watering dim sum delicacies, each made with only the finest ingredients available.
Chef Po’s impressive skill and dedication to his craft are evident in every dish, from the steamed crystal fish dumplings with crab roe and prawn to the deep-fried purple sweet potato swan puff with scallop and prawn. The menu also includes braised bean curd roll with prawn in abalone sauce, steamed golden bird’s nest and lobster dumpling, and pan-fried Chinese chive and pork dumplings, all starting at THB 180.
According to Chef Justin Po, “Dim sum is a form of handicraft that requires patience, attention to detail, and an understanding of balance and harmony. With this new seasonal menu, I wanted to showcase the craftsmanship and complexity of dim sum while using the freshest and most premium ingredients available.”
Located at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, Yu Ting Yuan presents authentic Cantonese cuisine in a designer setting amid lush gardens and a shimmering reflection pond. The new seasonal dim sum menu is available only for lunch, making it the perfect way for diners to spend a delightful afternoon with family and friends.
