Melco Style’s inaugural Music and Splash WAVEFest at Studio City Water Park made a resounding impact on Macau’s entertainment scene, attracting a highly anticipated crowd eager for its innovative mix of live music and dynamic water activities. The First Wave of Water Park WAVEFest sold out swiftly, marking a record-breaking start.

This outdoor music festival introduced a unique blend of electrifying live music and water-based activities at Macau’s most adventurous water park, offering attendees not just vibrant musical performances but also an immersive experience of aquatic entertainment.

The event began with Macau’s own rock band Initial B, followed by the 5-piece Macanese band #FFFF99, setting a lively tone. Zpecial moved the audience with their popular power ballads, while girl group Lolly Talk charmed with light-tempo love songs. Dear Jane ignited a spirited sing-along with their classic hits, and MC Cheung Tin Fu brought the evening to a crescendo with his timeless songs, all amid enthusiastic cheers from the crowd.

Looking ahead, Melco Style’s Water Park WAVEFest continued its summer series with the Second Wave at Studio City Water Park Event Garden yesterday. The event drew over a thousand enthusiastic partygoers eager for another day of music and water fun. Attendees enjoyed the pulsating beats of the performers amidst the thrilling splashtivities at Macau’s premier indoor water park, combining the best of sound waves and water waves.

The Second Wave kicked off with Macanese indie band Daze in White, energizing the audience with their powerful rock sound. Fida followed with lyrical rock ballads, setting the party vibe. Pop diva Vincy Chan delivered soulful performances, while newcomer girl group VIVA debuted with energetic tracks, winning over the crowd. Singer-songwriter Dark Wong shared poignant songs of growth and change, followed by rock band ToNick with their electrifying hits. The finale belonged to pop sensation Hins Cheung, who closed the night with his beloved classics, leading the audience in a memorable sing-along.

Studio City Water Park remains a standout destination, offering exceptional water recreation year-round with both indoor and outdoor areas.
