Marius, a new restaurant located in the heart of Gare de Lyon in Paris, opened last June under the direction of Chef Yoni Saada. This establishment, part of SSP France, positions itself as a culinary meeting place within one of Paris’s most iconic stations. The collaboration between SSP France, a leading company in transport location catering, and Chef Yoni Saada, known for his modern Mediterranean cuisine, has resulted in Marius.
Designed to offer a unique gastronomic experience, Marius blends tradition and innovation in an elegant and friendly setting. The menu celebrates the generosity and vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean, featuring dishes such as Sea bream tagine with preserved lemons and Lamb chops with chermoula.
Marius serves meals throughout the day, from breakfast to dinner. The breakfast options include Express and Mediterranean Breakfasts, while lunch and dinner feature Kemias to share, highlighting simple and generous Mediterranean ingredients.
Additionally, the restaurant offers a carefully selected wine list, showcasing the best vintages from the Mediterranean region. Whether for a quick meal before catching a train or an evening with friends, Marius aims to provide a warm and gourmet culinary experience in a welcoming atmosphere.
