Ling Ling, the renowned dining and nightlife destination located at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, has launched a refreshed menu that reimagines the bold and diverse flavours of Asia. Known for its high-energy ambiance, panoramic skyline views, and modern Asian fusion cuisine, Ling Ling now offers over 30 new dishes designed for sharing, alongside an expanded beverage program and a curated music experience.
The updated menu draws inspiration from across Asia, bringing together the culinary influences of Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, and China. Highlights include the new wagyu beef sando crafted by Chef de Cuisine Steven Nguyen, featuring Australian wagyu fillet layered between toasted milk bread and served with traditional tonkatsu sauce. Indonesian-inspired dishes incorporate house-made sambals, such as the grilled jumbo tiger prawns with Balinese sambal matah, and roasted salmon paired with a fiery sambal bwang.

Guests are also invited to explore Korean flavours with Ling Ling’s take on a Korean BBQ, showcasing fire-grilled Australian wagyu short rib in a galbi marinade, served with banchan and lettuce wraps. A nod to Cantonese culinary traditions includes wok-fried whole spiny lobster, available in four styles: ginger scallion, black bean picante, Singapore-style sweet and spicy, and typhoon shelter. For dessert, Thai influences shine through with options like mango sticky rice and a Thai iced tea crème brûlée.
In addition to the new offerings, Ling Ling retains signature favourites such as the Boston lobster pad Thai; a Kobe kaiseki experience featuring truffle Kobe tataki, striploin yakiniku, and a tenderloin sando; and the 24k gold wagyu, alongside the kiwami sushi platter and hazelnut chocolate moelleux.
Further enhancing the guest experience, Ling Ling has introduced a new Late Night Bites menu, available every Friday and Saturday from 12:15 AM to 2:00 AM. This after-hours menu caters to late-night diners with a selection of shareable dishes, including Oscietra caviar, bao buns with various fillings, okonomiyaki-loaded fries, mango pandan sticky rice, and a three-piece mochi dessert platter.
To complement the updated menu, the bar at Ling Ling now features over eight new signature cocktails created by Bar Manager Christos Panou. Each drink is inspired by the imagined travels of ‘Madame Ling Ling,’ taking guests on a global journey through unique flavour profiles. The cocktail offerings are paired with an extensive wine list and an exclusive selection of Asian-inspired spirits, all curated to enhance the culinary experience.

Situated on the 22nd and 23rd floors of Atlantis The Royal, Ling Ling offers sweeping views of the Dubai skyline and Arabian Gulf. Guests arrive via private elevators and can choose between the marble-rich bar, two luxurious dining lounges, or a spacious outdoor terrace overlooking Palm Island. For those seeking an elevated nightlife experience, Ling Ling Ultra Lounge delivers a more intimate, award-winning club atmosphere within the venue.
Reservations for the new menu are now open. Ling Ling operates daily from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with the Late Night Bites menu available on Fridays and Saturdays from 12:15 AM to 2:00 AM.
