This summer the hotel is launching the Grandest Scottish Coastline Experience offering a Heli-Hopping experience. On the ground the Grandest of Scottish Nature experience includes a guided coastal path walk with Neil Dobson, St Andrews Marine Archaeologist. The walk comes with a backpack picnic to relax and indulge in on the journey. Back at the hotel, guests can indulge in local lobster and mixed cocktails.

Opening this year, after an extensive refurbishment, Carton House, now a Fairmont managed hotel. This year the property has launched the Grandest of Culinary Experiences, an epicurean exploration of locally sourced Irish produce and delicacies bolstered by the knowledge of in-house experts, chefs and sommeliers.
Guests will be picked up by a private executive chauffeur from Dublin International Airport to Carton House for three nights of luxury in the Presidential Suite, within the property’s 18th century Palladian style mansion.
Punctuated by local treats and plenty of champagne, guests will spend three days exploring the surrounding forests on a foraging walk with the Executive Chef, enjoying a private wine and cheese tasting with a local supplier and the in-house sommelier, as well as an Irish whiskey tasting experience in the stunning Whiskey Library. The package also includes exquisite in-suite dining each morning for breakfast, an eight-course tasting menu and the opportunity to dine with the Head Chef one evening in the property’s dazzling restaurant, Kathleen’s Kitchen.
