At Atlantis The Royal, the award-winning La Mar by renowned Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio is set to launch a special menu inspired by the diverse cebiches from its international locations. This exclusive menu will be available from June 24th to June 29th, offering a unique culinary journey that celebrates Peru’s national dish, cebiche.

Chef de Cuisine Cesar Ulloa and his team at La Mar have meticulously crafted a menu featuring eight signature cebiches from La Mar restaurants worldwide. This limited-time offering showcases the best of authentic Peruvian gastronomy and invites diners to explore a variety of cebiche styles. 

Diners can choose from a range of delightful cebiche options, such as Cebiche La Mar San Francisco with catch of the day, sunchoke Leche De Tigre, and chips; Cebiche La Mar Miami featuring salmon, Chifa Leche De Tigre, and peanuts; and the signature Cebiche La Mar Lima, highlighting catch of the day and five elements of Leche De Tigre. The menu also includes Cebiche La Mar Dubai, which combines catch of the day, grilled octopus, avocado, and classic Leche De Tigre, along with selections from Argentina, Chile, Bogota, and Doha.

Peru’s cebiche, known for its fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors, has been captivating palates for nearly 2,000 years. Guests at La Mar can enjoy this special menu in a relaxed atmosphere, choosing to dine in the spacious indoor restaurant or at the bustling cebiche bar, where the expert chefs prepare marinated fish and display the daily seafood arrivals.

La Mar, one of the world’s leading Peruvian restaurants, not only celebrates the diverse flavors of its cuisine but also highlights its cultural significance. Recently, UNESCO added Peru’s cebiche and its cultural context to the Intangible Cultural Heritage list.
