New dessert at Intersect by Lexus Tokyo

Intersect by Lexus Tokyo has released a new type of shaved ice called Jewel Drop for summer season.

The Jewel Drop shaved ice features jewel balls made with edible flowers and seasonal fruits such as kiwi, blueberry, and raspberry.  The jewels are hardened with edible agar and has smooth texture.  

What’s unique for this “Shizuku Ice Jewel Drop” is that you get to prepare the shaved ice yourself after ordering.  The dessert is served along with homemade yogurt ice cream and grape syrup using 100% Koshu grape juice.  The shaved ice is made from Karuizawa’s natural ice, so it has a pure white fluffy texture.
