Gordon Ramsay, the internationally renowned and multi-Michelin starred chef, has made his debut in Macao at The Londoner® Macao with the inauguration of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. This British gastropub and steakhouse, the only one of its kind in Asia, is now gracing Macao’s culinary scene.
Tom Connolly, who holds the position of Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations at Sands China Ltd., shared his thoughts, stating, “Collaborating with Gordon and introducing one of his successful restaurant brands to diners at The Londoner Macao is a great honor. The interior design of the restaurant pays homage to the architecture of the 1830s industrial revolution, meticulously crafted to create the ambiance of a cozy British pub. As guests step inside, their attention is immediately drawn to the centrally located bar, a hallmark of a good pub. This striking feature is complemented by a range of seating options, each embodying its own distinct mood and adorned with a British flag-inspired color palette. The authenticity is further accentuated by materials such as wood-paneled walls, sumptuous leather booths, reclaimed timber, plasterwork, and glass detailing. All these elements harmonize with contemporary London artwork and accessories.

A Tempting Menu of British Classics
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill offers an extensive menu that includes iconic Ramsay dishes like Beef Wellington, prepared with a mushroom and truffle duxelle, creamed potato, and a red wine jus, as well as Fish & Chips crafted from line-caught ale-battered cod, triple-cooked chips, and homemade tartar sauce. The dessert menu features the delectable Sticky Toffee Pudding, served with crème fraiche and vanilla ice cream.
The menu also showcases Slow Roasted Pork Belly with a cider vinegar glaze, Dijon mustard mash, and tender green lentils, along with The London Burger, featuring a juicy beef patty, tomato apple ketchup, sweet onion relish, cheddar cheese, and triple-cooked chips. On Sundays, guests can indulge in a quintessential British Sunday Roast, featuring porcini-rubbed roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, and duck fat roasted potatoes.
One of the standout features of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is the selection of hand-picked steaks, expertly cooked on a charcoal-fired grill and served with café de Paris butter, herb salad, fried onion rings, overnight tomatoes, and a choice of four sauces. These premium steaks are sourced from renowned farms specializing in specific breeds known for their complexity, high marbling, and rich, buttery, and nutty flavors. Options include the Stockyard M6+ tomahawk, Westholme Chateaubriand tenderloin M5+, and David Blackmore striploin M9+.
A comprehensive selection of beers, including eight draught brews on tap and more than 16 bottled options from around the world (including four made in England), ensures that the pub experience is complete. Handcrafted cocktails and a premium wine selection are also available, all perfectly complementing the bar menu of classic pub dishes.
