Galaxy Macau™announces an exciting collaboration at 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA. This esteemed Michelin-starred restaurant, a consistent recipient of the prestigious Michelin star for eight consecutive years, and recipient of Forbes Travel Guide’s five-star honor in 2023, is set to host Devender Sehgal, the distinguished Head Mixologist of The Aubrey. This unique partnership is scheduled for September 20 and 21, promising an unforgettable experience for discerning patrons. During the enchanting golden autumn season, guests will have the privilege of savoring exquisite Japanese izakaya-style cocktails.

Hailing from India, Sehgal boasts an impressive background, having previously worked in top-tier bars in both Delhi and Mumbai, including the renowned Taj Hotel in Mumbai and as the Head Bartender of the prestigious Mumbai restaurant and bar, Ellipsis. In 2014, he joined the Hong Kong team at the Michelin-starred 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, where he assumed the role of head mixologist. Under his guidance, the restaurant earned a place on the coveted “Asia’s 50 Best Bars” list for four consecutive years. Sehgal’s unparalleled expertise and creative prowess in cocktail craftsmanship have left an indelible mark on guests and garnered widespread acclaim within the industry.

The Aubrey, a sensational addition to Hong Kong’s cocktail scene since its opening in 2021, has rapidly gained notoriety. Nestled with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour, The Aubrey’s design draws inspiration from the residence of a 19th-century European art collector deeply enamored with Japanism.
