The LEGO Group has released a new set that pays homage to the world-famous pop icons – BTS. The BTS Dynamite set, created by a LEGO fan, features the seven-member band on the set of their music video for the hit single “Dynamite.” The song broke records, reaching over 100 million views in less than 24 hours and one billion views in just eight months, and even landed the band their first number-one single in the United States.
Aspiring builders can sing and dance the night away while putting together this 749-piece LEGO set. With authentic details that closely mirror scenes from the iconic music video, customers can indulge in a world of disco, donuts, and dynamic dance moves right from their homes.
This new set captures the band’s creative forms of expression and includes a colorful donut shop, an ice cream truck, and a record store. Each building can be easily detached from the set for individual play or display experiences.
Of course, the set wouldn’t be complete without the biggest South Korean boy band in the world – now available in LEGO minifigure form for the first time. All seven minifigures of the band members – RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook – are ready to sing and dance in perfect harmony on the LEGO stages.
This LEGO Ideas set was brought to life by two passionate LEGO fans and friends, Josh, 20 from Indiana, and Jacob, 21 from New York, who combined their love for BTS and their passion for LEGO building.
