It’s not just a pie for us; it’s a labor of love. When we first moved to Laguna Niguel over nine years ago and couldn’t find a decent pie, I set out to make a pizza that reminded us of home. It was more of a hobby, and I had no idea where it would lead us. Today, we are thrilled to share our love for pizza-making with the community through Brooklyn City Pizzeria and Market.”
