Fiji Airways starts twice-weekly non-stop service from Vancouver YVR to Nadi NAN starting November 25th. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Andre Viljoen says the airline has managed to introduce a new market because of the company’s strong rebound since borders opened on December 1st, 2021. Fiji Airways will fly direct to and from Vancouver twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
Fiji Airways will be leading a trade delegation on a promotional flight to Vancouver on the 9th of August to engage with industry experts and partners in Canada. As part of this one-off flight, the company is offering Fijians the opportunity to buy return airfares for a low price $FJD1,099*.
Passengers in Vancouver will also be able to book flights direct to Nadi on this one-off promotional flight and return either via Los Angeles or San Francisco for a low price of $CAD599*
When commercial flights commence in November, Fiji Airways will offer a limited number of seats at an introductory return fare of $CAD599*, direct from Vancouver to Nadi.
Additionally, these same passengers, when making their bookings can choose to fly to their four major destinations in Australia and three major destinations in New Zealand, at no extra cost.
For Fijian travelers, the company is now offering a limited number of seats at an introductory return fare of $FJD1, 299* for those wanting to fly from November onwards.
Additional benefits such as the My Bubble and My Island seating arrangements allow passengers to purchase an extra seat or row respectively in economy for extra space and comfort. My Island comes with a mattress topper, Business class pillow, additional blanket and seat belt extension.
