This Mother’s Day, Marina Bay Sands has special menus at 10 restaurants. During April, there are more special menus, like Black Tap’s Rendang Beef Burger all month for Hari Raya Puasa and RISE’s Songkran Festival with 19 Thai dishes this weekend. On April 30th, Yardbird will have special cocktails with Jack Daniel. And on May 4th, Spago Bar & Lounge will have live music and cocktails.
For Mother’s Day, you can treat mom to Black Tap’s Lady Boss Sandwich from May 10th to 12th. It’s got grilled chicken, mozzarella, arugula, and truffle sauce. And don’t miss the special brunch at CUT by Wolfgang Puck on May 12th.
At CUT, you can enjoy a three-course brunch for $125++ per person. Start with tasty appetizers like maple glazed pork belly or big eye tuna tartare. Then, choose from steak & eggs or crab cakes Benedict for your main course. Finish with a sweet treat like praline mascarpone bar or New York cheesecake. You can also add a free-flow drink package for $98++ per person.
On Mother’s Day, KOMA Singapore is treating moms to a special cocktail and dessert combo, available for both lunch and dinner. Named ‘Mother’s Day’ in Japanese, Haha no Hi (S$26++ per glass) mixes gin, elderflower liqueur, and champagne, perfect for moms who love a refreshing and bubbly drink. The culinary team has whipped up a Japanese wasabi and raspberry mousse (S$26++) with Hokkaido cream cheese, adding a sweet touch with a hint of spice to honor moms’ sweet and fiery personalities.
KOMA has also updated its deluxe lunch sets with a variety of dishes reflecting its modern take on Japanese cuisine. For a weekday lunch, choose from a two-course menu (from S$58++ per person), or go for a three-course option (from S$68++ per person) available daily. With over 10 starters like salmon carpaccio and crisp curry beef cigar, and more than 12 mains including ginger lime marinated salmon and wagyu sukiyaki, there’s something for every taste. Finish off with KOMA’s signature desserts like the bonsai-shaped molten dark chocolate or Japanese cheesecake with strawberry sorbet.
At LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, celebrate Mother’s Day 57 stories high with two special cocktails (S$25++ per glass). Show mom appreciation with Carissima Madre (‘Dearest Mother’ in Italian), an Aperol Spritz with lillet rose, lemon juice, and sugar syrup, adorned with a cosmos orange flower. Then, toast to love and beauty with Amore Rosa (‘Love Rose’ in Italian), a pink gin cocktail with pineapple juice, lemon juice, watermelon syrup, and egg white, garnished with dried rose petals. These Mother’s Day cocktails are available from May 10th to 12th during lunch and dinner.

Renku Bar & Lounge offers an intimate afternoon tea experience in Marina Bay Sands’ hotel lobby. On Mother’s Day (May 12th), enjoy free-flow jasmine sparkling tea BLÅ from 2pm to 5pm, and receive a gift. Choose from two afternoon tea sets (S$72++ or S$65++ per person) and select from 14 tea blends, including The Moon Represents My Heart and Marina Pearls.
This Mother’s Day (May 12th), RISE has lined up a fantastic buffet to treat moms to a special dining experience. Upon arrival, moms get a complimentary glass of Piper-Heidsieck champagne and can sip on Mummy Love (S$18++), a unique cocktail made with gin, passion fruit, vanilla syrup, sparkling tea, and a mini rose. Led by executive chef Colin Thumboo, the buffet features over 100 dishes celebrating RISE’s theme ‘The World at Your Table’. Highlights include Western carvings like salmon coulibiac and Asian wok-fried delicacies such as braised seafood noodles. Finish with a selection of cakes, pastries, chocolates, and Nyonya kuehs.
At WAKUDA Restaurant & Bar, enjoy a luxurious nine-course menu (S$250++ per person) blending Japanese and French flavors, available for lunch and dinner on Mother’s Day. Start with signature dishes like flan with zuwai kani and yuba. Indulge in big eye tuna tataki salad and chef’s selection of sashimi. Tempura, charcoal grilled A5 ohmi wagyu, and refreshing pre-dessert follow before ending with fragrant peach and oolong dessert.
