Ette, a luxury hotel destination located just minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort, is excited to announce the recent addition of spirits to its bar offerings, alongside enhancements to its cocktail menu. Initially crafted as zero-proof drinks by the renowned mixologist Jarl de Vries, ette’s cocktails have now evolved to include exotic spirits. Each spirit, carefully sourced from various corners of the globe, brings a unique flavor profile and story. Guests can enjoy these spirits neat, on the rocks, straight up, or as a shot, creating a distinctive experience.
Along with the original cocktail selection, several new creations have been introduced to highlight the unique characteristics of each spirit. La Vie En Rose, for example, caters to guests with a fruitier palate by combining dragon fruit syrup, lemon, lychee, and mint juice with gin. The Isla Paradiso cocktail offers a taste of island life with its blend of tequila, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice.
Signature, fan-favorite mocktails from the original menu remain available, with the option to add spirits. One such classic, Into The Woods, features a combination of fresh green herbs, ginger, cucumber, lime, and cookie crumbles, resulting in an earthy, herbaceous flavor. Presented atop a garden-like bed complete with live mushrooms and an aromatic forest mist, the impressive presentation adds a final flourish to the cocktail.
Ette’s spirit selection includes a carefully curated list of premium options from around the world:

Jarl de Vries, an international mixology expert, joined ette as a “cocktail professor” with a vast background in hospitality consulting. Entrusted with creating a cocktail program to match the sophistication of the Salt & The Cellar menu, Vries embraced an innovative approach. His selection of high-quality spirits, paired with homemade tinctures, infusions, and intricate presentations, ensures a captivating experience at ette.
The addition of spirits to ette’s cocktails also introduced the concept of a social hour at Salt & The Cellar. From Monday to Thursday, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., guests can enjoy a unique selection of tapas and cocktails, including menu highlights like the AB taco dish with beef, tomato ponzu, kochujang, and micro cilantro.
Every aspect of ette is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and the spirit selection is no exception. This combination of sophistication and exclusivity helps create an upscale experience that sets ette apart from other destinations.
