Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas has opened on July 14, 2021. Located in the exclusive Tower Suites enclave, modern day supper club is inspired by the earliest showrooms and supper clubs of Las Vegas in the 1950s with a nod to both Parisian salon interiors and the design from Hollywood’s “golden age”.
Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas features two separate bars; the intimate 34-seat Little Bubble Bar and a lower-level Anchor Bar on the main dining room floor. Outside features two courtyards, hung with over 80 candle-lit lanterns and enveloped by succulent-covered walls.
Guests can enjoy a menu that reimagines classic meets modern American cuisine, offering an elevated twist on traditional dishes. Helmed by Executive Chef Joshua Smith, the menu features signature dishes such as King Crab Caesar and Short Rib “Surf & Turf”, alongside favorite items from Delilah’s Los Angeles counterpart. VIP guests can also enjoy a private dining room and chef’s table.
In addition to a wide selection of premium steaks and seafood, the new menu includes highlights such as the Wagyu Beef Wellington featuring 12 oz. filet mignon, herbed crepe and porcini mushroom duxelles madeira wine jus; Chef Joshua’s inventive take on a Chicken TV Dinner featuring Bobo Farms chicken, peas n’ carrots, pomme puree and vin jaune gravy; Smoked Salmon & Caviar Latke featuring chive mascarpone, acme salmon, Russian Osetra caviar and garnitures; Delilah ‘Fish & Chips’ featuring potato-crusted dover sole, pommes soufflé, malt vinegar beurre blanc and classic tartar sauce; Surf & Turf featuring glazed short rib, day boat scallops, wild mushrooms, sunchoke fondant and shallot jus; and Strawberry Shortcake Baked Alaska, a flambéed dessert that reigns supreme on the new menu.
Signature libations include Stepford Wife featuring Grey Goose essences strawberry lemongrass vodka, strawberry lychee pink peppercorn cordial, citrus, rosé champagne, eau-de-Delilah and gold; Champagne Papi featuring Virginia black whiskey, velvet falernum, lime and mango served with a personal bottle of Moët Impérial; Film Noir featuring Basil Hayden’s dark rye, straight-up apple brandy, spice of life, bitter & cubed; Hollywood Land featuring Bruichladdich classic scotch, lemon and ginger, bitter and cubed; and more.
Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas is open Wednesday to Sunday with dining from 5:30 – 11:00 PM. The restaurant will operate until 11 p.m., with the bar and lounge remaining open during late night hours.
