An exclusive partnership has been revealed by Cunard, involving the renowned Michelin-starred chef, Michel Roux. Working closely alongside Cunard’s team of culinary development chefs, Michel Roux is set to craft an exclusive gala menu for the esteemed Queens Grill restaurant aboard the upcoming vessel, Queen Anne. Additionally, a fresh menu is being created for Cunard’s fleet-wide pub, the Golden Lion.

The forthcoming pub menu, which is currently in the stages of development, will showcase a selection of well-loved dishes with a creative twist by Chef Michel. This revamped menu is scheduled to make its debut aboard Queen Anne in May of 2024, before being introduced across the existing fleet later in the same year.

Cunard has also unveiled an array of four new dining experiences that will be accessible aboard Queen Anne. These distinctive venues—Aji Wa, Aranya, Sir Samuels, and Tramonto—introduce an unprecedented level of dining choices for guests.

Among these innovative options, Aji Wa stands as a novel concept for Cunard, spotlighting inventive Japanese cuisine inspired by the changing seasons. The menu encompasses sushi and an a la carte selection for both lunch and dinner. An exclusive Omikase “chef’s choice” tasting menu is also available during the evening.

Taking a different culinary direction, Aranya transports diners through the rich and flavorful spices of India, meticulously curated by experts in the field. This sensory experience extends from the vibrant flavors to the opulent interiors, featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views.

For enthusiasts of prime cuts and seafood, Sir Samuels embodies the epitome of a top-tier steakhouse. Showcasing the finest British and Australian beef and seafood, complemented by an exquisite wine selection, this venue promises an exceptional dining journey. The menu boasts a wide variety of responsibly sourced produce, ensuring the freshest ingredients are presented.

Meanwhile, Tramonto whisks patrons away to the sun-drenched Mediterranean coasts, presenting a menu brimming with fresh and vibrant flavors. Guests are invited to savor their meals al fresco while basking in the glow of a warm summer sunset.

These visionary designs have been brought to life by David Collins Studio and Sybille de Margerie. Adding to the culinary experience, guests will have access to dining venues tailored to their stateroom category. Options range from the grand two-tiered Britannia restaurant, the fleet’s largest Britannia Club restaurant, to the lavish settings of the Princess Grill and Queens Grill Restaurants.
