For nearly ten years, Mango’s Tropical Café has been the nightlife hub of Central Florida, setting the bar high. Now, it’s entering a new phase, merging upscale dining with its lively atmosphere. Scheduled to open on May 24 within Mango’s is Corazón by Baires, a stylish and intimate restaurant born from a collaboration with Baires Grill, renowned as one of America’s top Argentinian steakhouses.

This innovative partnership promises an unforgettable culinary journey, showcasing Latin American flavors from around the world. From expertly grilled grass-fed Argentinean beef to fresh seafood, Mediterranean-inspired pasta, and Asian-influenced dishes, Executive Chef Paulo Osorio’s menu for Corazón by Baires steals the spotlight, offering a diverse array of flavors reflecting the rich cultural tapestry it draws from. Complementing the culinary delights is an extensive wine collection, rounding out the experience.

Corazón by Baires, the fresh restaurant concept within Mango’s, will welcome dinner reservations from 5 to 10:30 p.m. starting May 24, boasting a vibrant reimagination. Menu highlights feature a 40 oz. Tomahawk, an 18 oz Certified Angus Ribeye, Andean Branzino accompanied by potatoes, chickpeas, and chorizo hash, and Fettuccini a la Ruota adorned with Parmigiano Reggiano and truffle dust. Dinner service will be available Wednesdays through Sundays, with reservations accessible via OpenTable. Plans are also underway for a Sunday brunch in the near future. Beyond 10:30 p.m., the space will transform into Mango’s legendary nightclub, hosting nightly fiestas, special concerts, and private events.

Baires Grill boasts seven locations in South Florida, one in Midtown Manhattan, and a new establishment in progress in the Tribecca district of New York City. Baires Holdings has secured additional space in the neighboring Hollywood Plaza Garage for an upcoming restaurant concept.

Exciting developments continue with the forthcoming debut of KALI Ultra Lounge this summer. This multi-million dollar, multi-sensory experience, situated on the second level of the 55,000-sq-ft complex, aims to redefine Orlando’s nightlife. With its separate entrance and unique atmosphere, KALI will offer an exclusive selection of premium spirits, artisanal cocktails, and entertainment through its ultra-lounge bar and bottle service.

Inspired by the goddess of destruction and renewal, KALI promises an immersive, video-centric environment adaptable to create diverse atmospheres every night. Designed by industry visionary Michael Meacham, known for his bold and innovative projects worldwide, KALI is set to open its doors in the summer of 2024.

In the mission to propel the evolution of the I-Drive Entertainment District, Wallack Holdings emerges as a key player, aiming to uphold the area’s competitiveness against convention-centric markets such as Las Vegas.

According to Joshua Wallack, COO of Wallack Holdings, “The Orange County Convention Center’s $750M renovation and the introduction of upscale dining and entertainment venues like Corazón by Baires and KALI Ultra Lounge will bolster its appeal when vying with other prominent markets.”
