Mariah Carey, the elusive singer, and the top-selling female artist ever with more than 200 million albums sold, is coming back to Las Vegas with a new special show called Mariah Carey: The Celebration of Mimi Live in Las Vegas. Mariah Carey is also known as an author, businesswoman, charity worker, producer, and many-time award-winning singer and songwriter. She’s sold more albums than any other female artist and has 19 songs that reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, 18 of which she wrote herself.
Her unique voice, spanning five octaves, her talent for writing songs, and her skills as a producer make Mariah Carey a true star in today’s pop music scene. She’s even been honored by being inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and has won several Grammy Awards, American Music Awards, Guinness World Record titles, and other prestigious awards.
Her shows in Las Vegas will happen from April 12 to 27, 2024, at Dolby Live at Park MGM. These concerts will celebrate the anniversary of Mariah’s famous album, The Emancipation of Mimi, which is one of the best-selling albums of the 21st century. Fans can expect to hear songs from this album as well as other hits from her incredible career.
Tickets will be available to the public starting Saturday, February 10 at 10 a.m. PT. Citi cardholders can buy tickets early from Wednesday, February 7 at 10 a.m. PT until Friday, February 9 at 10 p.m. PT through the Citi Entertainment program. Other special groups like MGM Rewards members, SiriusXM listeners, Live Nation, and Ticketmaster customers will also have access to a pre-sale from Thursday, February 8 at 10 a.m. PT until Friday, February 9 at 10 p.m. PT.
Tickets can be bought online at ticketmaster.com/MariahVegas, and all shows will start at 8 p.m. The performances will take place on April 12, 13, 17, 19, 20, 24, 26, and 27, 2024.
Mariah Carey and Live Nation Las Vegas will donate $1 from each ticket sold for Mariah Carey: The Celebration of Mimi Live in Las Vegas at Dolby Live at Park MGM to The Fresh Air Fund’s Camp Mariah. Camp Mariah is part of a year-round program that helps children aged 11-15 explore various careers and interests through activities like film, photography, fashion, and culinary arts. The camp is named after Mariah Carey in recognition of her generous support.
