An architectural masterpiece in Big Sur is now on market, offered at $35 Million

Cooper Point, an epic architectural masterpiece built into the stunning landscape of Big Sur has entered the market for the first time, offered at $35,000,000. The three-bedroom home is located at 46400 Clear Ridge Road and is perched atop about 109-acres that overlooks multiple coves with white sand beaches.

The vegetable garden and orchard are situated next to the guest house, which holds one bedroom and one bath.
