Bentley Motors and Dezer Development announced they are breaking ground on Bentley Residences Miami, the first tower of its kind. It will stand tall at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The building will have special car lifts and glass garages for each of the 216 private homes. These lifts will showcase cars like pieces of art. The luxury condos will reach 62 stories high, providing stunning views of the ocean and waterway. Bentley Residences aims to bring class and elegance to beach living, with top-notch hospitality. They plan to finish by the end of 2027.
Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development, expressed excitement about the project. He believes it will introduce a whole new level of luxury living to Sunny Isles Beach.
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences will incorporate Bentley’s design style into its look. For example, the tower’s exterior will mimic Bentley’s signature diamond-quilted pattern using glass panels. Inside, the building will feature similar designs and luxurious finishes.
The highlight of Bentley Residences is the car elevator, named the Dezervator after Gil Dezer. It will lift cars and passengers from the road directly to residents’ homes. This innovation allows for three- or four-car garages in each residence, along with space for storage or small vehicles. The private homes will have spacious outdoor areas with pools, kitchens, and living spaces designed to withstand windy conditions.
The interiors will be just as lavish, with high-end appliances and Italian cabinetry in the kitchens. The primary bathrooms will double as spas, featuring saunas and outdoor showers in some units. Throughout the building, subtle nods to the Bentley brand will be evident in the design details.
Bentley Residences will sit on 2.4 acres of prime beachfront property, offering resort-style living year-round. The former Thunderbird Hotel site will be transformed into a luxurious oasis with amenities like a beach club, pool deck, and a variety of dining options curated by celebrity chef Todd English.
Prices for these exclusive homes start at $5.6 million, with sales handled by Dezer Platinum Realty and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
