BeNe, a store specializing in cheese and raw honey, will make its debut in front of Himeji Station on April 7, 2021. After making its debut in Nagoya in July 2020, the store also opened another location in Osaka for its popular items. On April 7th (Wednesday), the BeNe will open a cheese and raw honey specialty store “Cheese and Raw Honey BeNe Qwell Himeji Store” as the 5th Kansai store on the 3rd floor of Qwell Himeji, Town 1-4. At the time of this grand opening, the store will hold a free tasting party for general customers on April 5th (Monday) and 6th (Tuesday).
Since the debut of the first store, the sweet and salty combination of the cheese and raw honey has attracted a lot of attention from the public. Besides offering unique raw honey products, BeNe store is also known for its extensive menu that you can enjoy all day long. Highlights of their specialties include Special cheese from Switzerland, Italy, Neku district Hokkaido, and raw honey in Saikai City, Osaka.
At Himeji store, you can enjoy cheese dishes throughout the day, such as all-you-can-eat fresh cheese with milk such as mozzarella cheese and mascarpone cheese in the daytime, and richness and taste like Camembert cheese in the evening. There are 12 types of cheese used, mainly from the Neku area of Hokkaido, from Switzerland and Italy. At dinner time, the store used a total of 45 types of cheese, including Quattro Chicago Pizza with raw honey (1,680 yen) and “Raclette Cheese Grill” (2,180 yen), which is made with house-made roast beef with plenty of authentic Swiss raclette cheese.
For lunchtime only, you can eat all-you-can-eat 4 kinds of fresh cheese from the Neku area of Hokkaido and 4 kinds of raw honey that change with the seasons for +390 yen. In addition, You can enjoy a great lunch such as colorful side dishes, one plate lunch on the main grill (starting from 1,200 yen with bread), and all-you-can-eat cheese.
The store also offers three new sweets item using sweet potatoes are the main ingredient. All three types of sweets will be introduced to all BeNe stores. For the parfait, the store used a variety of purple potatoes called Fukumurasaki.
