Before his Super Bowl LVII rendition of “America The Beautiful” this Sunday, the 12-time Grammy Award winner, Babyface, has unveiled his latest track “As a matter of fact”. The single was released today through P Music Group and features Babyface’s songwriting, paired with co-production by Tommy Brown (known for his work with The Weeknd and Ariana Grande). This marks Babyface’s first solo single since 2015’s “Return of the Tender Lover” album and his debut single with the P Music Group.

Babyface’s latest release, the irresistible “As a matter of fact,” has been granted an iHeart Radio World Premiere and follows his successful project “Girls Night Out.” This project earned Babyface his 80th Grammy nomination for his number one single “Keeps On Fallin'”, featuring Ella Mai, in the category of Best Traditional R&B Performance and also reached the top of the Mediabase R&B chart.

As a philanthropist who supports various charitable organizations, including Larry Ruvo’s Keep Memory Alive, Babyface has teamed up with Shine The Light On to offer two limited-edition hoodies and a hat in connection with his Super Bowl performance. A portion of the proceeds from these items will be donated to the charity. After his Super Bowl performance, Babyface will join Anita Baker on her highly anticipated “The Songstress” arena tour, starting on February 14th in Atlanta.

Babyface is a highly acclaimed figure in the music industry, having contributed to over 800 million records sold and over a billion record streams. He boasts an impressive track record, with 125 Top 10 hits, 44 Number 1 R&B hits, and 16 Number 1 Pop hits to his name. Throughout his career as a recording artist, songwriter, and producer, he has won a staggering 12 Grammy Awards and holds the distinction of being the only person in Grammy history to win “Producer of the Year” four times.

In addition to his numerous Grammy Awards, Babyface has also won five Soul Train Awards, five NAACP Image Awards, four American Music Awards, and other accolades. He co-wrote and produced the Oscar-winning song “When You Believe,” which was performed by Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey, and co-founded the renowned record label LaFace. On October 21, 2022, Babyface released his latest project, “Girls Night Out”, which features collaborations with some of the brightest female R&B artists today, including Ari Lennox, Kehlani, Queen Naija, Muni Long, and others.
