The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara is hosting a monthly wine pairing dinner series, and the second event welcomes Babcock Winery & Vineyards to the Angel Oak Wine Cellar. Chef Josh Kellim has curated a four-course pairing menu for the evening, featuring carefully selected flavors to complement each Babcock wine poured. The menu includes a caviar course, black truffle quail eggs, grilled guinea hen with white asparagus and morel mushrooms, and slow-cooked lamb loin and rack. The private wine cellar room below Angel Oak provides a moody environment for the dinner.

The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara is a premier oceanfront resort located along the Gaviota Coast. The resort spans 78 acres and boasts 358 guest rooms and suites, two natural beaches, lush gardens, and a variety of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, salt-water infinity pools, and six culinary venues, including the signature Angel Oak. The property is nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez Mountains, providing easy access to the region’s best vineyards and minutes from the center of historic Santa Barbara.

The Angel Oak x Babcock Winery & Vineyards Dinner will take place on Wednesday, April 19th, at 6:00 p.m. The cost per person is $225, excluding tax and gratuity charge. Reservations can be made online.
