The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara is hosting a monthly wine pairing dinner series, and the second event welcomes Babcock Winery & Vineyards to the Angel Oak Wine Cellar. Chef Josh Kellim has curated a four-course pairing menu for the evening, featuring carefully selected flavors to complement each Babcock wine poured. The menu includes a caviar course, black truffle quail eggs, grilled guinea hen with white asparagus and morel mushrooms, and slow-cooked lamb loin and rack. The private wine cellar room below Angel Oak provides a moody environment for the dinner.
