Anne-Sophie Pic Collaborates with Petrossian to Host a Unique Caviar Tasting Menu

This spring, a special culinary event will be hosted at La Dame de Pic London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square in collaboration with the legendary caviar house Petrossian. The event will be led by Anne-Sophie Pic, the world’s most decorated female Michelin-starred chef, along with her Brigade de Cuisine, including Head Chef Evens Lopez.

On May 4, 2023, guests will be taken on a gastronomic journey that combines La Dame de Pic’s distinctive French culinary flair with the sophisticated flavors of Petrossian caviar. The six-course menu will feature an assortment of fine caviar including Daurenki Tsar Impérial Caviar, Ossetra Impérial Caviar, and Baika Impérial Caviar, complementing several of Anne-Sophie’s signature dishes, such as White Asparagus and Seabass Caviar, which is an iconic family recipe first created by her father Jacques Pic in 1971 and passed down to Anne-Sophie.

To accompany the menu, a diverse selection of iconic labels, such as Krug Vintage, Jean-Louis Chave, and Chateau d’Yquem, will be available for beverage pairing.

This unique collaboration is a result of Anne-Sophie’s lifelong passion for using caviar in her cooking, inspired by her father’s use of the exquisite product in his Seabass Caviar dish, as well as her admiration for Petrossian as a celebrated French Maison.

Connoisseurs and professionals across the world recognize Petrossian’s expertise in fine foods, including caviar. The six-course caviar tasting menu is priced at GBP 340 per person, and the beverage pairing is priced at GBP 310 per person, available for dinner on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
