Afternoon Tea inspired by Victoria & Albert Museum’s Alice: Curiouser and Curiouser Exhibition

The Franklin Hotel in London has created an afternoon tea set, inspired by Victoria & Albert Museum’s Alice: Curiouser and Curiouser Exhibition.

The Alice afternoon tea is a collaboration between the V&A Museum and the Franklin Hotel.  The set features sandwiches such as crab bun, beetroot pita, smoked sandwich with ham, and TAB sandwich with Augergine hummus.

Sweet treats include Brownie Hat, a chocolate roller, with pecan sablé, kataifi pastry, brownie sponge and soft pecan cream; Heart Cake, a red velvet cake with raspberry compote; Carrot caramel cupcake with caramel mousse and meringue; and Fennel cheesecake with grapefruit shortbread and fennel cheesecake.

Diners booking the afternoon tea and exhibition ticket option will be allocated a pre-booked timed ticket for the Alice: Curiouser and Curiouser exhibition to be used on the day of their reservation.
