From its founding in 1909, Bugatti has been synonymous with luxury, innovation, and incomparable experiences. For owners and enthusiasts, caring for a Bugatti vehicle means becoming part of a global family defined by shared passions, inspiring stories, and unique opportunities to witness history in the making. In December, this legacy of connection and celebration culminated in an extraordinary festive gathering at Château Saint Jean, Bugatti’s historic home in Molsheim, France.
As the brand concluded its monumental 115th-anniversary celebrations, Bugatti welcomed a select group of esteemed customers and dealers from around the world. This exclusive event brought together 80 distinguished guests for an intimate Christmas dinner, celebrating a year of record-breaking achievements and cherished shared experiences.
Bugatti’s 2023 Milestones: Celebrating Excellence and Innovation
The evening celebrated Bugatti’s 2023 milestones, including the closing chapter for the legendary Chiron and the unveiling of the final W16-powered model, the W16 Mistral. This masterpiece broke records as the fastest open-top car in the world, achieving an incredible speed of 453.91 km/h. Guests marveled at the W16 Mistral World Record Car, showcased alongside the Tourbillon, a symbol of Bugatti’s next chapter of automotive artistry and the most successful car launch in the brand’s history.
Bugatti’s iconic year also featured unforgettable experiences such as the Bugatti Grand Tour in Morocco and the Bugatti Grand Prix in Las Vegas, allowing loyal customers to experience the marque’s unmatched legacy in unique settings.
An Enchanting Evening at Château Saint Jean
The festive gathering at Château Saint Jean captured the magic of the season. Guests were welcomed by the glow of illuminated Christmas trees, the warmth of roaring fires, and the cheerful sound of seasonal jazz melodies from the Orangerie. The grounds were transformed into an Alsatian Christmas market, complete with champagne, mulled wine, and gourmet delicacies served from charming pinewood chalets.
The highlight of the evening was an exclusive three-course dinner hosted inside the Château. This rare event paid homage to Ettore Bugatti’s vision of creating a welcoming space for his most cherished customers. The Château, a symbol of Bugatti’s rich heritage, became a setting for festive elegance, where new memories were made, and timeless traditions were celebrated.
Charitable Giving and Festive Spirit
In keeping with the season’s spirit of generosity, the event included a charity auction benefiting Semeurs d’Étoiles, a local organization dedicated to supporting hospitalized children and their families. Among the auction items was a car bonnet featuring hand-drawn sketches by Jascha Straub, Bugatti’s Lead Designer Sur Mesure. The Singh Collection, owners of the W16 Mistral World Record Car, generously donated €50,000 and gifted the bonnet to Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti Rimac, in a gesture that highlighted the shared values of community and giving.
A Night to Remember
Guests departed with a framed family photo taken on the Château’s iconic steps, exquisite snow globes featuring the legendary Dancing Elephant, and cherished memories of an extraordinary evening. This enchanting gathering encapsulated Bugatti’s unparalleled commitment to creating exceptional experiences and fostering a sense of community among its global family.
