The grand opening of Maison Boulud Singapore occurred last week, welcoming over 100 distinguished guests who joined Chef Boulud for an evening that offered a glimpse of the restaurant’s elevated cuisine. The event was accompanied by live music and showcased the breathtaking views of the Singapore skyline from the two-storey waterfront venue.
Paul Town, Chief Operating Officer at Marina Bay Sands, expressed admiration for Chef Daniel Boulud’s unwavering dedication to culinary excellence and his commitment to nurturing culinary talent. Town remarked on the privilege of collaborating with Chef Boulud since Marina Bay Sands’ inception in 2010, emphasizing the significance of Maison Boulud’s opening as a reflection of Boulud’s passion for hospitality and culinary mastery.
In anticipation of the restaurant’s opening, Chef Boulud conveyed his excitement about introducing the warmth and charm of Maison Boulud to Singapore’s vibrant culinary landscape, emphasizing the city’s unique blend of diverse palates and culinary traditions. He extended a warm invitation to guests to explore the rich tapestry of French cuisine offered at Maison Boulud Singapore.
The menu at Maison Boulud Singapore reflects Chef Boulud’s creative interpretations of classic French dishes, utilizing the freshest seasonal ingredients and drawing inspiration from his global culinary experiences. Signature dishes include a seafood salad featuring succulent seafood, crisp haricots verts, and juicy tomatoes, accompanied by basil and black olive pesto and an anchovy garlic dressing. Other highlights include a signature seafood platter and Mediterranean-inspired claypot rice.
Additionally, diners can enjoy a curated selection of wines from France and around the world, as well as a mixology program featuring classic and original aromatic aperitifs designed to complement the restaurant’s culinary offerings.
Heading Maison Boulud Singapore is Executive Chef Rémy Carmignani, supported by Executive Sous Chef Vincent Yong and Executive Pastry Chef Mandy Pan. Carmignani brings a wealth of experience from renowned French restaurants, including stints at Guy Savoy Paris and Le Français at Hotel La Mamounia in Marrakech.
Situated at B1-15 and L1-83 of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, the 146-seater restaurant offers indoor seating on both levels and an outdoor terrace on the upper level. Maison Boulud Singapore serves lunch and dinner daily, with a casual alfresco menu featuring favorites from db Bistro such as the Original db Burger.
