Swan Hellenic’s SH Diana will welcome JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs chef Alexandre Ciriello for an exclusive 10-day luxury cruise, Spirit of the Celts, sailing from Portsmouth, England, to Dublin, Ireland, from May 21 to June 1, 2025. About Chef Alexandre Ciriello

Alexandre Ciriello trained at the Pierre Romeyer Hotel School and honed his skills under celebrated chefs Yves Mattagne, Peter Goossens, and Maxime Colin. He gained further experience at The Jane in Antwerp and became a finalist on the French TV show Objectif Top Chef. At just 20 years old, he opened L’Horizon, a renowned fine-dining restaurant in Belgium, known for its fusion of modern techniques with classic culinary traditions.
