From January 28th to February 12th, the Michelin-starred Hakkasan Dubai at Atlantis, The Palm, presents a curated nine-course menu, featuring traditional flavors with a contemporary twist. Priced at AED 738 per person, the menu includes signature dishes like:
- Golden “Yuan Bao” Dim Sum: A luxurious creation with king crab, caviar, and riceberry crisp, symbolizing wealth and success.
- Thai Snake Fruit Salad: A refreshing mix of exotic fruits and kumquat dressing, representing harmony and renewal.
- Smoked Silverhill Duck Breast: Paired with maitake mushroom, pickled date, and five-spice bean sauce, celebrating fortune and tradition.
- “Hongbao” Dessert: A creative red envelope-inspired treat with mango curry mousse and mango passionfruit sorbet.
