Moët & Chandon, in collaboration with Chef Yannick Alléno, has unveiled an ephemeral celebration of French culture, fashion, and conviviality: Moët in Paris by Allénos. This restaurant, bar, and event space in the heart of Paris promises a season-long soirée filled with refined culinary experiences set against whimsical decor, all exuding iconic Parisian flair.

With the influx of international visitors to Paris during the summer, Moët & Chandon offers both locals and tourists an elegant, imaginative, and joyful gathering place where celebrations are always in order—whether for reuniting with old friends or forging new connections. Michelin-starred chef and long-time Moët & Chandon ambassador Yannick Alléno orchestrates the cuisine; long-standing Moët & Chandon Cellar Master Benoît Gouez directs the sparkling libations; and the fantastical decor is infused with the sensibilities of fashion designer and illustrator Charles de Vilmorin. In addition to this French savoir-vivre, the pop-up also embodies French savoir-fête—or the art of partying well—featuring Champagne Happy Hour, tasting events, DJ sets, surprise celebrity appearances, and live music sessions.

As a creative force in French fashion, Charles de Vilmorin crafts an unforgettable setting through a world of vibrant colors and enchanting flowers, subtly paying tribute to nature, which is essential to the House. Ecstatic faces emerge from graphic murals on the walls, while abstract light plays through the windows, creating a playful and creative bubble that immediately envelops and uplifts visitors, enhancing their enjoyment of the moment and their connection with others.

The restaurant is designed to spark conversation and goodwill among guests, who can enjoy gourmet specials created by Chef Yannick Alléno himself. This pop-up serves as a nexus of genuine connection, where glances are exchanged, conversations begin, and the clinking of Moët & Chandon glasses uplifts the evening. Culinary mastery, effervescent champagne, and joyful togetherness blend to perfection.

Moët & Chandon, founded in 1743, initiates each evening with a lively Champagne Happy Hour, reminiscent of Great Gatsby-style grandeur. This daily celebration not only kicks off the evening’s festivities but also honors the globally-renowned gesture “Toast with Moët,” where guests raise a glass together.

Visitors can enjoy a special flavor creation paired perfectly with their choice of Moët & Chandon champagne, including Brut Impérial, Impérial Rosé, or Ice Impérial. Chef Yannick Alléno’s menu embodies the joy and essence of summer, featuring dishes such as duck foie gras terrine and cow’s milk burrata on olive powder for starters. Vegetarian options include sautéed trombetta squash with almonds and curry flower pickles, and green curry of Southern vegetables. The menu also offers fine steamed fish and grilled meats like sea bream in cherry leaf and beef fillet peppered “Café de Paris.” Desserts include chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice cream and cherry clafoutis.

The ever-changing weekly events calendar promises rich cultural exchanges with Sing Along live piano performances, engaging after-work tastings of Moët & Chandon’s finest champagnes, sumptuous weekend brunches, vibrant DJ sets, and inspiring live music sessions. In alignment with Moët & Chandon’s engagement with pop culture, a significant highlight each month will be a grand event beloved by the House, potentially featuring impromptu performances by friends, fans, and ambassadors of Moët & Chandon.
