TIA Wellness Resort in Da Nang is redefining a holistic wellbeing approach with the introduction of a new art gallery space this month. Leveraging creativity as a tool to soothe the mind and regulate emotions, the gallery complements TIA’s Creative Space, which hosts daily creativity workshops.
The new gallery features 32 images in various shapes and sizes, with 10 displayed on the walls and 22 suspended from custom-built rods connecting the room’s pillars. The 10 photographs were crafted by French artisan photographer Jeff Courdrec, who employed an analogue technique for this exclusive collaboration with TIA. Each photograph narrates a segment of TIA’s story.
Central to TIA’s narrative are the concepts of stillness and splash. These contrasting themes permeate the property, from a mala bead design on a pillow symbolizing stillness to a splash-inspired gym emphasizing strength, power training, and pushing limits within a dark charcoal interior. The artwork in the gallery further explores TIA’s “From Stillness to Splash” wellness philosophy.
The abstract art in the inner part of the gallery embodies the Zen Splash concept, which emphasizes inspiration, boldness, and creativity. These ink images were created by Nguyễn Xuân Sinh, a calligrapher based in Hoi An. At the heart of the space is a seating arrangement designed to mimic the stroke of a brush, inviting guests to relax and immerse themselves in the art.
