Internationally acclaimed mixologists from across Asia are set to headline Season Two of the Guest Bartender Series at Peter: The Bar. This season will bring together bartenders from prestigious bars, including Nutmeg & Clove in Singapore, Suntory Japanese Cuisine & Whisky in Shanghai, Indulge Experimental Bistro in Taipei, and Zest in Seoul.
These talented bartenders will join forces with Peter: The Bar to create an exclusive, one-night-only cocktail menu. Season Two will not only present exquisite cocktails but also showcase innovative mixology techniques, exploring each bartender’s distinctive approach to the artistry, magic, and science of cocktail making, promising a unique experience for all attendees.

Rie Hidaka – Suntory Japanese Cuisine & Whisky

Rie Hidaka, with her extensive experience at prestigious international hotels such as The London EDITION and The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, will offer guests adventurous drinks, exceptional company, and nights brimming with captivating stories.
Ellen Y. Su – Indulge Experimental Bistro
August 19 and 20, 2024
Ellen Y. Su, the celebrated senior bartender from Indulge Experimental Bistro in Taipei, will bring her sophisticated and elegant approach to cocktails to Tokyo. As a senior bartender, Ellen has been instrumental in the bar’s achievement of being named one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars for seven consecutive years since 2017.
Rachel Shin – Zest
October 9 and 10, 2024
Rachel Shin, known for her finely crafted cocktails, will display her unique blend of charm and meticulous craftsmanship at Peter. Having been honored as the Diageo World Class Korea Finalist for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023, Rachel has steered Zest to prominence on both the Asia and global 50 Best Bars lists.
